Greenbelt’s Light Bucket: The ASG’s Telescope in the City of Greenbelt Observatory

The Astronomical Society of Greenbelt welcomes all to hear Conrad Terrill, chair of the ASG Observatory Committee, speak on “Greenbelt’s Light Bucket: The ASG’s Telescope in the City of Greenbelt Observatory,” on Thursday, August 25, at 7:30 pm. His talk will cover upgrades over the past few years plus a brief pictorial history of astronomy in Greenbelt and of the installation of the observatory.
The talk will take place in Room 114 of the Greenbelt Community Center and will also be broadcast live over Zoom. This event is free and all are welcome, whether members of the Society or not.
